Our WHY behind the lens

We truly believe that dance is for everybody—and every body. Our mission is to remind each dancer of their unique beauty, both inside and out. We aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and completely comfortable in front of the camera. Through a thoughtful collaboration between our art of photography and your art of movement and expression, we work together to capture the magic that makes you, you.

MVP EXPECTATIONS

We are looking for dancers who know how to work well with a team. Dancers who are well respected within their local community. Fun, outgoing, and encouraging to other dancers. Dancers who represent their studio and MVP in the best way possible! 

You will help grow our business and the MVP brand by sharing your posts on social media platforms at least twice a month and referring dance friends to us!

Attend our kick off event for all of our ambassadors! There will also be free Ambassador only events that will happen throughout the year as well!

Book your Highlight Session between the months of March and October.


What's in it for YOU???...

Your Personalized Highlight Session! 

Every MVP Ambassador receives their very own personalized highlight session—an experience all about YOU! We’ll collaborate on ideas, concepts, and personal branding to create a session that reflects your unique style and personality. This custom portrait shoot will take place at a mutually agreed-upon location, includes multiple outfit changes, and comes with all high-resolution digital images for you to download and keep. Sessions must be scheduled between March and October, so don’t wait to start planning your moment in the spotlight!

We plan some exciting, out-of-the-box photoshoot experiences exclusively for our Ambassadors! Think vibrant powder shoots, dramatic nighttime portraits, beach-themed magic, and more. Once the team is selected, we’ll send out a survey so YOU can help us choose the top two creative sessions for the season. These artistic shoots are a chance to step outside the studio and try something fresh, bold, and totally unique—designed to inspire and elevate your portfolio in unforgettable ways.

This ambassador experience is about more than just photos—it’s about building lasting friendships and bringing creative souls together. We’re not just here to capture your photos—we’re here to promote YOU! As an MVP Ambassador, you’ll be featured across our social media platforms, helping boost your online presence and build your dance portfolio. You’ll also get first access to sign up for any upcoming MVP model calls before they’re shared publicly. Our goal is to support you throughout your dance journey, celebrate your growth, and help you shine on and off the stage!

HOW TO APPLY

We are looking for dancers Age 6 to 18 to be a part of our FIRST ever Ambassador team! We want dancers who are committed to the brand, kind, fun and outgoing.

You must have an Instagram Account to help promote the MVP brand. All dancers of different levels are welcome :-) 
To be considered you will need to:
  1. Follow us on Instagram at @mcnealvideoandportraits
  2. Like our Ambassador Search post
  3. Tag at least 3 friends in our post
  4. Share our search on your story.
  5. Complete the Application below!
